Paper Submission
The ICIAAI 2026 Conference is established to facilitate the state-of-the-art research, innovation, and development activities at the frontiers of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Intelligence and Smart Technology.
Submission Guidelines
Papers should clearly demonstrate the research or practical contribution, the relevance to the field, and the relation to prior work. Submitted papers will be evaluated according to their novelty, significance, originality, technical quality, and contribution to the field. All submitted papers will be blind peer-reviewed by experts' referees to professional and scientific standards.
Prospective authors are invited to submit original and previously unpublished papers in DOC or PDF format via the conference submission system. The camera-ready paper should be in (4 - 6 pages). All accepted and presented papers, that meet IEEE qualifications, will be submitted to be considered for indexing in IEEE Xplore.
Blind Review Process:
As the conference proceeds with the blind review process, authors are kindly requested to upload two versions of the manuscript paper:
- One "Blind version" without any author names and affiliations, and
- One "Complete version" with all author names, affiliations, and Email contacts.
Authors are invited to submit an original full-length paper (up to 6 pages) reporting original research using the Microsoft CMT on-line submission system. The paper should contain a complete description of the proposed model, new contribution, material and methods, experimental results and conclusion.
Submission Process
Prepare Your Paper
Follow IEEE manuscript template. Papers should be 4-6 pages including all text, tables, figures, and references.
Blind Peer Review
Submit two versions: one 'blind version' without author info, and one 'complete version' with all details.
Quality Standards
Papers will be evaluated for novelty, significance, originality, technical quality, and contribution to the field.
Submission System
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Paper Length Requirements
The suggested length for full papers is 4 pages, including all text, tables, figures, and references. We encourage all authors to use as much of the allowed space to effectively explain their work. Our conference will accept full papers up to 6 pages in length. However, overlength fees will apply for the additional pages, pages 5 and 6.
Plagiarism Policy
ICIAAI 2026 takes plagiarism very seriously and regards plagiarism as professional misconduct. Papers will be screened for plagiarism and when identified the paper will be rejected.
The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism (use licensed plagiarism software and/or IEEE Crosscheck). Plagiarism check report should not exceed 20%.
Further, you have to strictly implement the ethical guidelines for publication.
